Printed in PLA + perfectly and fits just as well. Haven’t had a chance to use it yet, but it looks like it should work well. I have a project in progress that will be a good test of the setup.

There were no specs on hardware required, nor a place on the web where I could order the "hardware pack." I went ahead and printed it and then machined hardware to fit the sockets, providing the threaded nuts. On assembly to the sander, the bracket did not correctly fit the Festool ETS EC 125. Far too small. Forcing the bracket closed to grip the sander caused the 3D print to crack, which I repaired. Bracket is close to 90 degrees if very carefully mounted to sander, but doesn't stay in place since the angled neck and fillets of the sander aren't accounted for in the design. It can't be trusted to perform as needed.

I like how they offered the product as a download since I have a 3D printer and I needed it asap.

This is a great add on, I did have to add a 3m self stick felt pad to keep it from leaving fine marks in our furniture and countertop builds.

If you have a 3D printer, this is a must have upgrade to your sander. Complete eliminates the stress of sanding table edges. Printed out of PETG on the Bambu A1 Mini. Excellent design! Highly recommend

The Xact90 for my corded DeWalt sander works flawless. It is so nice not to worry about uneven edges on my projects. I highly recommend.

I would/need to post a correction to my first review. Upon receiving the sanding attachment, I did not realize the tray could be removed and that made assembly onto my sander 10000 times easier. 100% on me. I used it for several hours today sanding a bed frame and table top and it worked wonderfully. Thank you Jason for guiding me through the challenge we had in regards to assembly. A picture is worth 1000 words -:).

This was a fantastic file! My friend found this and requested I make it for him. The text in the file was annoying, but easily removed. The part also came in 2 parts on the same print. I separated them to print separately but would be nice to have them as separate files when downloading

The title says it all. I had to dig around in my box of Fein accessories before finding the correct mate to this adapter, but I found it, and everything fits well. If you had a digital 3D print file of this available (like you do for some other products), I'd probably purchase that, too---mostly for the Fein mating end, so I could remix it for other devices I own.

Love this handy 3d printed items for my sander. Will increase my precision to sand at 0 degrees. Customer service is excellent and responsive.

Sanding edges. Not a fan. I think I’m holding my sander straight. Apparently sometimes I’m not. Then I found this attachment. I didn’t have to buy a new sander. I literally slap it on, and then it’s pure edge magic (giggity). What a life saver. Top notch quality and communication. Designed by a maker who actually makes stuff. This is what I like to see. Will buy again.

I ordered these and received in a timely fashion. A little time passed before I used them and discovered it didn’t quite fit. I called and Jason ( I believe that is his name) spent a long time with me on the phone trying to figure out the problem. He then went to the store and purchased the exact same model sander, made a new product and sent it to me. The new one fits like a glove and works beautifully. He went above and beyond and I greatly appreciated all his efforts. At a time in our world when it feels like anger and attitude is the ‘go to’, this was a reminder that kindness is the great healer. I did have an issue getting the screws to tighten down and ended up actually breaking one of the spots with the hole. I reached out and explained the situation and Jason was super quick to respond and tried to understand what happened. He did determine that it was likely a bad print and immediately got to printing me another one. I just received it yesterday and this time had no issues getting it put on and using it. Shipping and customer service could not have been any faster. Giving only 4 stars on quality due to a bad print and it breaking, but otherwise everything is pretty solid!

The jig fits my DeWalt Sander perfectly. I have to say, this seller is first class all the way. He responds to questions quickly with detailed answers and even offered to send a shipping label so I could easily return the jig if I had any trouble getting it to fit. He's definitely someone that you can trust.

The collar sorta didn’t align so I had to use a clamp to help align the holes. But after that, it works like a charm.

Seems like it’ll work well, but I had A LOT of difficulties getting the collar piece to line up correctly so it could be screwed together.

Great communication & fast shipping. Works great, I may buy a couple more. The comment made about it being pricey, I disagree. Just as I say to potential customers who say the same to me, there’s tools to pay for, time and design etc. knock yourself out. I could have probably made something to do the job, but it would have cost me the same or more, my time is money. Not been as well thought out. I would have fashioned a hodgepodge of 3/4 pine etc. & like so many of those I mentioned who come back to me to fix what they did wrong, I would have then bought it after being all aggravated. It’s works right out of the box on a table I’m selling for $4k. Now I can trust my apprentice nephew to do the sanding & I can move on to the next project.

This thing is actually really useful. I plain on adding a very thin piece of velvet to it. Just to give it something to slide on. Awesome product very much recommend, for any sander

I had a little trouble getting on the sander but I got great customer service sending me what I needed.

Perfect fit to shim out my Jessem router table stock guides on my router fence from Peach Tree woodworking. The fence has sliding mdf fences that sit proud of the T slot where the stock guides attatch, I was going to make my own spacers but buying these was easier and look nice too.
