Your wrist will thank you for using this adapter since your hand is not holding the weight of the sander at an odd angle. The adapter is specifically designed to maintain a 90° edge, while your hand is comfortably on top of the workpiece. I use this to sand table edges, cutting boards, and other small items like coasters while using the additional “Small Item Adapter” in my store.
